To the foundations gut remodel and reconfiguration of a 3k square foot home in Manhattan Beach. The flow and layout of the original house was significantly altered, including a change to the location of the kitchen, staircase and traffic patterns in the home, which necessitated additional and modified footings. A design brief that specified warm minimalism was realized with custom millwork and finish details including subtle plaster touces throughout the home.
